2nd Level Operations i Stockholm

We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist who will be working in the "On call tech"-team here at EBMS in Stockholm. In this team we work with technical support for some of the biggest broadcast companies in Sweden.This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. It´s a large palette of technology we service: IT-plattforms (edit suites, weather forecast system, video graphics systems) , broadcast studio equipment (cameras, lighting, monitors), audio and video equipment in all forms (routers, intercom, RF microphones). The team is the backbone of our Operations and work on a shift schedule 24/7/365.

Responsibilities:
You will help with Assurance support activities such as:

  • On call support
  • You will assist with Problem management and Incident management
  • System administration

Key Qualifications:

  • Want to meet customers face to face and solve their technical problems.
  • 2-5 years experience in servicing electronics
  • Broadcast knowledge is a advantage

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Managed Service operations practice
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
  • To speak fluent Swedish and be able to converse professionally in English
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • Being able to remain calm under great stress.
