H&M Online Sales is responsible for H&M’s e-commerce globally. We are an expanding function - over the past three years we have opened more than 30 new markets and our global digital journey will continue with the opening of new markets in the years ahead. Our focus is to maximize sales, profit and brand strength. To reach our goal to become the #1 global online fashion destination we need creative and sales oriented talents with a strong interest in e-commerce!

Are you our next E-commerce Talent?
As an E-commerce Talent at H&M, you will work within either our Merchandising or Visual Merchandising function at Online Sales. The main focus for both functions is to maximize H&Ms sales, profit and brand strength online. You will work for a specific market and be responsible to drive the selling for one of our concepts (i.e. Ladies, Men, Home or Kids) and together with your team create the best customer offer for your market. Your closest team members will be other Merchandisers and Visual Merchandisers for your market, but you will also work in close collaboration with other teams and functions both within Online Sales and across H&M.

Your responsibilities:
Working with e-commerce at H&M Online Sales comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. You will be a part of running H&Ms biggest store and therefore be part of creating the future of H&Ms e-commerce. We are looking for talents who will be responsible for either:
  • WHAT actions to take to drive net sales for your concept as an Online Merchandiser or,
  • HOW these actions should be implemented and presented visually in our online store for your concept to build the best customer offer as an Online Visual Merchandiser.
Commercial planning, follow up, analyzing sales and creating the best customer offer will be your main responsibilities. Since we are one of the world’s largest online stores, with a vision to become the #1 global online fashion destination, we are working in a high pace and your responsibilities will also include developing ways of working finding the best methods to constantly improve our online business.
Your background and skills:
Just like everyone else at H&M, we believe you are a social, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. For our next our E-commerce Talents we are looking for someone who:
  • Has a degree in business/engineering or equivalent experience gained from working in a similar role. Additional education/courses within e-commerce is a merit.
  • Has a strong commercial awareness and a sales drive – top of mind is always to sell more!
  • Innovative approach with a strategic mindset and a strong motivation to constantly improve and reach your goals.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Has previous experience from working in sales and/or retail and a result driven environment.
  • Has leadership qualities with strong and clear communication skills.
  • Is fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • International experience from working and or studying abroad is a merit, but not a must.

You can work independently as well as in a team and know how to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines. The position is full time and based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
