Your responsibilities
The job of a BSA comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. You will analyze and translate business needs to workable cases according to given prioritization in collaboration with other roles within and outside the department. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyze, detail and coordinate business needs from several departments
- Communicate with business functions, stakeholders and IT
- Highlight dependencies and effects on business level
- Support with impact analysis related to requirements
- Support cross business investigations
- Prepare basis for decisions regarding initiatives
- Support the development team/s with business knowledge during the development and test phase
- Coordinate user acceptance tests across the different business areas.
- Continuous improvement of process, tools and methods
Your skills

- Degree in engineering, business, system development or similar.
- Proven track record of building confidence, relationships and loyalty towards stakeholders.
- Feel comfortable in working in a changing environment where your skills in prioritization and working on different levels are key.
- In every challenge, you focus on possibilities and have a “dare to try” attitude
- You feel excited about defining and positioning your role in the organization.
- Experience from working within all or some of the following areas is a plus; procurement, product development, different CAD systems.
- Experience from working with requirement management and system development, either with standard/ERP systems or systems developed in house
- Experience with project management
- Have the ambition and willingness to create, anchor and maintain a way of working with business and IT development.
- Good communication skills, in both Swedish and English
- An ability to communicate with different types of people and roles within both business and IT
