In this role, your responsibilities will among others be:
- Have a leading role for the creative studio´s work process and creative output.
- Create inspirational multichannel content to boost sales and strengthen P12 as a brand.
- Plan and execute all marketing and sales material on a weekly basis to our physical and digital stores, social accounts and external media.
- Coach and develop a team consisting of art director, copywriter, production manager, social media and stylist coordinator.
- Secure our brand identity and communication concept through inspirational content.
To be successful in this role you:
- Have a fundamental knowledge of creative production and art directing/design in a fast-faced digital environment.
- Have at least 5 years’ experience working in a leading role for an editorial or marketing team, preferably as group manager.
- A natural drive to achieve results in a commercial way.
- A creative background.
- A keen interest in all things regarding fashion/beauty/culture and a follower of relevant news, trends, blogs etc.
- Experience in marketing production processes, including photo shoots.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
