Responsibilities

Monitoring content reports
- Review the reported content in order to meet highest quality standard.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team

Requirements
- Fluent level of English and native one of these following languages: Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian.
- Cultural understanding of the country of the second language
- Experience working online or in an office environment
- Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
- Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience
- Visa status: Eligible to work in Ireland full time.
