We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Store Operations team within Global Sales & Operations at H&M Head Office. This team is responsible for operational excellence in our stores globally. We focus on processes and routines, scheduling and the implementation of new projects and initiatives, with the goal of ensuring that we provide a great customer and employee experience.

Working in close collaboration with the head of the department, you will be responsible for setting up the structure and strategy for following-up and measurement of all matters relating to store operations. You will be involved in the maintenance and upgrading of current Store Operations analysis and be a key player in developing future methods and tools of measuring and understanding our Store Operations. You will be responsible for using the data we have available in combination with technical analysis to draw conclusions on where we have opportunities as a department and company. An important focus for you will be to help improve the current usage of Customer Feedback (Net Promoter Score), and help to set a structure for analysis and learning. Some analysis/tasks will be taken on an adhoc basis, so it is important that whilst you work in structured manner, you are also able to balance many focuses at the same time.

We are looking for a business analyst who wants a new challenge within Sales area. You will also be working in collaboration with our store solutions department/suppliers and IT/CDW teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up, maintaining and developing a structure for analytics for the central store operations team and towards sales markets

• Be a technical speaking partner for our country store operation managers, coaching and guiding how tools should be used

• Being a proactive liaison between sales and technical teams in store solutions/IT

• Being curious to find new solutions/methods to improve our learning and understanding

• Understanding Store Operations processes and encourage best practice

• Share key findings and closely collaborate with other functions (Controlling, Sales HR)

• Together with our central store operations project managers and suppliers, help improve software, applications and supplier reports to analyze and interpret data findings

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• University degree, preferably within business or engineering

• 3-5 year´s relevant work experience

• Knowledge of data warehousing, business intelligence applications (Tableau/Microsoft BI) and development is important

• Experience with software development life cycle, defining business requirements from the user perspective, and testing and implementation is a plus

• Previous retail experience is beneficial

• Ability to travel when necessary
