Merchandiser for a new brand within H&M New Business

We are now looking for a Merchandiser working Multichannel for one of the most exciting and ground-breaking projects ever made within the group. Are you up for the challenge? 

H&M New Business currently consist of seven separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, Monki, WEEKDAY, Cheap Monday, H&M Home and ARKET.  

Overall role:
As part of our Merchandising Team you will be a key player within the Sales organization, working closely to many other functions, such as, visual, marketing and supply chain. You will be working multichannel, both towards store side and online, driving sales and commerciality. Your results will have a huge impact and you can really make a difference!

In this role, your responsibilities will among others be:
  • Execution and follow up commercial focuses for your concepts multichannel
  • Be the expert of your concepts, assisting in development of commercial plan that drives profitable net growth short and long-term 
  • Secure the best customer offer in both channels to optimize selling 
  • Ad hoc analysis to strengthen the costumer offer and identify selling potential
  • Simulate selling scenarios for the current season
  • Analyze and optimize the assortment mix in stores and online 
  • Drive stock freshness of your concepts by influencing both the allocation and pricing strategies
  • Follow up the stock situation closely both on granular and aggregated level 
  • Know your customer: their expectations and their price sensitivity 
  • Know your concepts: retail situation, fashion level and competitors
