About the job

The new and highly prioritized function Supplier Risk Management Office (SRM Office) will serve as a center of excellence giving support to the organization during strategic outsourcing initiatives, follow-up activities and reporting. In addition, the function will drive and lead implementation of methods and procedures within the GDPR supplier value stream, supporting the organization in compliance of cooperation with suppliers to the new regulation.

The new function will be developed over time where you will be reporting to the Head of SRM Office.
As both the role and the function is new, the main initial tasks will be, with the support of colleagues, to drive the development of the function, drive implementation and consolidation of methodologies and procedures across the Group, and to establish central governance and reporting structures.

As a Business Developer, your key responsibilities include:

  • Support development of roadmap and implement long-term plan of the new function 
  • Develop or consolidate methodology, procedures and practices for Outsourcing project, follow-up and reporting across the Group
  • Drive implementation of procedures and practices within the GDPR supplier value stream, as support to the organization in compliance to the new regulation 
  • Establish relevant governance and reporting processes and structures
  • Communicate, educate and raise awareness of new procedures & processes

  • Experience of implementing complex change in large organizations
  • Experience from management consulting
  • Project Management experience
