What’s in it for you?

We offer summer internship within areas such as Sales & Marketing, Strategy, Operation Excellence, Service and Product management, Sourcing, Supply and Legal.

During the summer, you will get an in-depth knowledge about Ericsson as an organization during fun activities and presentations given by some of our successful leaders within the company.
The internship starts off with an orientation day, where we will offer interesting and informative presentations about Ericsson, our history and future visions. Furthermore, it will give you the chance to get to know the other summer interns and create your own network within Ericsson. During your internship, you will work on challenging tasks that are based on real business needs, relevant to your skill sets. 

We have a long tradition of being on the cutting edge of technology. Whether we are working on launching 5G to the world or creating Cloud solutions, our skills and products serves the daily need of more than 40 % of the worlds mobile users. In order to keep it up we need you to bring your fresh perspective and knowledge and help us develop even more.

Last year more than 300 students enrolled in our Summer Internship Program in Sweden.

You are…

Our future summer intern, if you are currently studying Marketing, Law, Economics, Supply, Management, or similar, and you are curious about the ICT industry. You are not afraid of challenges and you see opportunities from the transformation and innovation which are currently happening in the company. Successful applicants are driven, open minded and have the ability to work well independently as well as together with others.

Good communication skills in English is a must.

We will do our best to match you with the right assignment depending on your interests and qualifications.

Successful applicants collate CV, current grades and Cover letter written in English into one document and clearly define their specific knowledge.

If you are eligible of doing the Summer Internship, we will send you an invite to a Video Interview, where you will answer a couple of questions by recording yourself via your computer or mobile device. If you proceed in the process, you will get contacted by a recruiter, who will present you the summer internship project.
