Are you looking for a career within the field of Radio SW as a Technical Coordinator and have experience in the telecommunication industry?

This is an opportunity to work for Ericsson Radio Software where we are looking for a Technical Coordinator providing technical drive and coordination. This role provides for continuity in product Main Tracks and takes a long-term responsibility for relevant products.

Your role will include long term responsibility for product quality and product care. You will drive or participates in technical work TR deep-dives, CU/customer interaction, SW branch decision, architectural changes and work with scope planning, support complex feature planning, supporting impact and dependencies analysis and technical ruling in TR decisions.

To succeed in this role, you are result oriented and driven by being in the center of action. You adapt quickly to changes and enjoy working with people.
 

The work includes, but is not limited to:

• Drive strategic technical leadership
• Long term responsibility for product quality
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.  
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
• Develop competence in technical domain

Key Qualifications:

• Education: MsC or similar
• Minimum years of experience: 5 years' experience of SW development or systemization
• Domain experience: Radio, LTE, WCDMA, GSM, SW development, CI, CD
• Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
• Business understanding
• Working with people and networking
• Innovating, adapting and responding to change
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• Planning and Organizing
