The Area Facility Manager for New Business is responsible to effectively ensuring the delivery of Facility Management (FM) Services that contributes to commercially attractive, well performing, and safe stores for customers and co-workers.
New Business consists of the following brands within the H&M group; Cos, Monki, &Stories, Weekday, Cheap Monday and Arket. In total about 30 stores spread over the country.
Main Tasks
What you do
Together with vital internal stakeholders, Lead, manage and drive the Facility Management activities of the stores according to company values, standards, local legislation, policies and procedures. Support and monitor works and services provided from external service partners in order to ensure the quality and compliance of the work performed in the stores. Budget and follow up on costs according to the set budgets of each store.
Main Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning

Ensure FM operations according to the Country FM Strategy and the FM Service Scope

Set Area/Store Requirements for the FM Services together with relevant stakeholders based on the agreed Requirements and local legislation

Develop and maintain FM plans containing activities to meet requirements for the stores

Develop and follow up on budget together with the Country Facility Manager based on agreed requirements and planned activities.

Set goals on relevant KPIs in line with Country goals.
Deliver operational service and projects

Drive procurement process for Area FM contracts

Secure the FM Service delivery to the Stores based on the agreed Requirements and the planned activities

Ensure contractual compliance for Service delivery from External Service Provider and Landlords including governance structure

Act as a receiver for new stores and rebuilds to secure that operational services are delivered
Follow up and improve

Monitor and follow up cost performance on Store and Area level

Monitor and follow up quality performance on Store and Area level based on predefined quality measures & KPIs

Ensure Store Scorecard planning, execution, and follow up

Collect best practices & learnings from the Stores, the Country Facility Manager and other Internal Support functions and communicate this to relevant Stakeholders

Drive improvements and innovation projects.
The position reports to:
The Area Facility Manger for New Business is seated in the Swedish central office and report to The Country Facility Manager.
Education & Experience requirements
- A Bachelor degree in business or engineering (or similar)
- Experience within Facility Management is a plus
- Fluent in English, both writing and reading
- Excellent MS Office skills
