Project Leader Preparation i Skovde

Manufacturing Preparation works with the mission to prepare global manufacturing concepts ready for local implementation. The group Preparation Projects has the mission to develop global manufacturing concepts ready for local implementation. The team consists of 4 Project leaders.


Main responsibilities

You will work closely with engineering teams within section Manufacturing Preparation:

• Plan and follow up activities to develop global manufacturing concept
• Establish required project team
• Secure interface to other projects, FM, IT, MP&L e.g.
• Implement lesson learned
• Aligned with decided strategies
• Develop plan for launch
• Keep project declaration up to date
• Hand over to Local Realization organization for implementation
• Secure and follow up of project objectives throughout industrialization until project end

Required qualifications

• University 120p or equivalent experience within engineering area
• Work experience in Project management
• Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
• Flexible to travel

• Leadership and ability to work within a team environment
• Communication capability in a global cross functional environment
• Problem solving capability.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English
  
   

Personal qualifications
Good social skills and team player in a global perspective.
