JUNIOR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS RESPONSIBLE
We are now recruiting an Employee Relations Responsible based in Stockholm. The successful candidate will work with the Central HR team which supports the H&M Sales Organisation, Sweden.
The Role
As the Employee Relations Responsible you will be responsible for supporting the Stores and Regional Teams with preventing and resolving employee related problems, securing the implementation and communication of policies and procedures and ensuring all employee legal requirements are met. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a very self-motivated individual and an experienced manager who has ambition to progress within H&M.

• Represent H&M, Sweden towards Unions and Employment authorities?

Do you?
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working as an Employee Relations specialist?
• Have an academic background in Swedish Employee Relations and or labour law? Have the ability to set a strategy and execute it successfully?
• Have proven Leadership skills?
• Have the proven ability to communicate with people at all levels?
• Have strong verbal and written Swedish literacy skills?
