As our Application Maintenance Lead (AM Lead) you are a key team member to create an operational delivery by proactively maintain a scalable solution. You’ll be a part of H&Ms IT Department and work in a fast-moving environment, where you will work within the service area Sales Merchandising. An area that's responsible for delivering IT services for the development, roll out and maintenance of store solutions aimed to keep track on the stock in stores.

 

Your main responsibility as our AM Lead is to steer, support and follow-up of service deliveries. You will work with colleagues onsite and have regular contact with suppliers both local and offshore. You will have the opportunity to work together with functional areas from many IT divisions and thereby gain good overall insight into how H&Ms IT Department operates.

 

Ongoing projects and maintenance object that you as a AM Lead will have in your scope is; portal and scanner applications used in store, related to processes such as store transfers, faulty items, product search and inventory count. With increasing needs in the complex environment and a high rate rollout plan the role as AM Lead is taking on great responsibility - and great fun!

Your responsibilities

 

The job of an AM Lead at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

 

Your to do-list includes:

 

- Follow up and act on incidents, problems, (KPI, SLA / OLA) and trends of asset management in the area

- Ensure that handover from Application Development/Roll Out is made to AM and is received by all involved organizations, for all delivery models incl. Managed service

- Responsible for communication and relationship with our various solution and providers

- Work on making AM more efficiently through improved processes and services within the area together with outer stakeholders

- Develop and secure annual management plan (together with system responsible)

- Plan and follow up AM releases

- Provide documentation for AM budget

- Drive and/or follow up on problems in the problem process

 

Your skills

And your skills include:

 

- About 5 years of leadership experience, e. g. AM lead, system responsible, team lead or similar in a global organization

- Experience from working with maintenance processes

- Experience working towards suppliers in outsourcing models

- Experience working with complex, integrated environments

- It´s a merit if you have knowledge in SAP (ECC, MM, SD)
