The position is located within Service Integration at the Service Management & Support (SM&S) section within our Infrastructure & Operations department. The section has a global 24/7 responsibility for all IT-operation, and is mainly located in Stockholm and Hong Kong.


Within SM&S there are several central process-functions that serve as the engine in the daily operations. H&M expands rapidly and the delivery becomes more and more complex and more dependent upon external providers. Your job will simply put be to develop SM&S’ way of working and offerings so that H&M can have an effective service and vendor integration.


In order to be successful, you will need to have broad understanding of both IT-development and IT-operation, as well as of the technology that the daily service delivery depends on (ticketing systems, monitoring, process integration, reporting etc.) and will reside on in the future, e.g. robotics and AI.


We think that you are an inspiring leader that can explain and communicate complex things in a way that makes sense to different stakeholders. You must have the ability to see the bigger picture and keep focus on solutions rather than on problems.

Your responsibilities


The job of a Service Integrator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and loads of fun.


Your to do-list includes:


- Onboarding and integration of new Services and Vendors to H&M IT delivery model i.e. way of working, processes and tools

- Continual improvement of services, processes and routines

- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient end to end services

- Support, educate and guide internal and external stakeholders in service integration related questions

And your skills include:


- Theoretical knowledge of ITIL based IT Service Management

- Experience from a large IT-organization with a complex sourcing model

- Hands on experience from both IT-development and IT-operation

- Leadership experience

- Experience from a multinational and multicultural environment

- Skilled communicator with the ability to explain complex things in an easy way

- Experience from working with ticketing systems (preferable ServiceNow), event- and monitoring tools

- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
