H&M’s global Marketing function is looking for Market Analysts to join the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to work specifically with H&M Club. The new H&M Club concept is now live in 13 markets and have an ambitious expansion plan. We therefore have the need to strengthen our team with Market Analysts.
Your responsibilities include:
• Analyze customer data to deliver clear insights on customer behavior.
• Translate insight into clear recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
• Contribute in projects and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Use of data visualization tools to spread customer insight to club markets and other H&M stakeholders.
• Be the primary point of contact for the club markets in questions regarding customer behavior.
• In this role, you will work closely with the H&M Club markets as well as with central teams within Marketing, Global Sales & Operations and Online Sales.
In your role, you will primarily work in the statistical software SAS. For data visualization, you will use Tableau.
We are looking for a person who
• Is self-motivated, results-oriented and a problem solver: You need to be able to proactively and independently identify the needs of the company and handle ambiguity, while also securing that the goals of the team are met.
• Wants to dig in to large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Knows, or are eager to learn how to use code in a statistical software.
• Has entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the customer: You impact how H&M builds relationships with our customers now and in the future.
• Has a degree in statistics, economics, engineering, or related fields. Experience working in SAS and/or Tableau is highly meriting.
The position is full time and based at the H&M head office in Stockholm City
You will report to the group manager of the CRM team.
