MTGMotion Graphic Designer (6-month FTC) i Stockholm

We are looking for a talented and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our award-winning team and Creative department! This position is a 6-month fixed term contract (full-time) based at our Chiswick office in West London.

is a creative production team that’s behind our multi-region campaigns that promote our content, brand and products.  Based in London, MTG Creative works with the industry’s best creative producers, graphic designers, sound engineers, voice over artists and experts in branding and post production. Together, the team delivers truly original, award-winning work across TV, radio, digital and outdoor.

The role…

You will be responsible for collaborating with our rockstar designers, producers, and creative director to craft campaigns, channel branding, graphics for promos and graphic packages for our clients. From broadcast and digital to print, you will work with a wide range of brands and markets across Europe.

As a member of our team, you will need to have strong animation skills, a good eye for design and attention to details. We are seeking a killer Motion Designer to conceptualize, animate and execute projects from pitch to final production. You will be working under tight deadlines, always pursuing the highest standards working closely within your team. Experience working in a fast-paced and team-centred environment as well as showing good initiative in developing your own ideas and those of the producers, is essential for this role.

From the smallest projects to the big rebrands we are looking for a team player passionate about design and eager to work with big brands.

Reporting to the Senior Motion Graphic Designer you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Proactively finding innovative graphics and other solutions.
  • Creating brand identities that work across all platforms.
  • Create original 360 campaigns to be used across all brands and platforms.
  • Keep up to date with trends within popular culture and marketing.

What we are looking for in you…

With a track record for high-quality design, attention to detail and a self-drive, you will be a great team player and excellent communicator.

Key Skills & Abilities required:

  • Proven industry experience as a creative Motion Designer.
  • A portfolio/reel that showcases your talent in design and animation.
  • Ability to articulate and create complex ideas and bring them to life.
  • Advanced After Effects animation with plugin knowledge, in addition to Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
  • Cinema 4D, high level animation quality, rendering and lighting (Physical Render) and Basic Modelling a plus.
  • Knowledge of design history and current trends.
  • Communication, time management and ability to meet deadlines effectively are key.
  • Attention to detail and creative flair with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Knowledge of digital design and print/ editorial design is a plus.
  • Confident and able to pitch ideas both to the team and clients.
  • Enthusiastic and open minded, yet practical.
  • Preferable to have a Degree in Design, Motion or Animation.
