Job summary:

We are now looking for an ICT Strategic Product Manager (SPM) for productivity and collaboration solutions such as O365 and Google suite echo system. This role will be part of the IT Productivity & Collaboration unit. As SPM you are responsible for setting the strategic and commercial direction for productivity and collaboration solutions at Ericsson. The SPM is responsible for managing the life cycle of solutions from emerging to general availability and end of life. As SPM you are responsible for ensuring the quality of operations and act as a team lead for a core team of ICT consultants, architects, service managers, solutions experts and technical product managers. You will bring value by defining sustainable/ viable solutions that address current and future business challenges and identifying ways to work more effectively and efficiently within or outside the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage demands from the business related to your portfolio
• Define strategic options / solution scenarios, roadmaps and recommendations for the portfolio
• Optimize portfolio Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Be accountable for implementation and operations of the portfolio
• Support the development of domain target architecture
• Prepare portfolio/product decisions and safeguard portfolio execution plans
• Lead, support and coach the core team in daily tasks related to your portfolio
• Drive portfolio competence and business readiness

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor degree or Masters in Engineering, IT or Business
• Min years of experience:  8+ years IT product management experience
• Experience: Digital Workspace experience, SaaS solutions, Cloud applications, Hybrid set-ups, ITIL

• Genuine interest in/knowledge of business management
• Knowledge of assigned products and the business environment in which they exist (business models and players)
