We are pleased to announce that we are now looking to recruit an Area HR Responsible for the Stockholm Area based in our regional office in central Stockholm.

As an Area HR Responsible you ensure and follow up that we are working with quality processes in recruitment, training and development together with the Area Manager and Area Team. Ensure and monitor good employee relations. This is an exciting role for somebody who is a role model and embodies the H&M Values, is self-motivated and has shown excellent management and leadership skills in their existing work.

Your responsibilities
Ensure and follow up quality recruitment processes in all stores. Support and organize mass recruitment by using appropriate assessment tools. Analyze future needs and act on them.
Ensure and follow up a quality training process for new and existing employees.
Ensure and follow up a quality development process for all employees in the area. Monitor succession plan and initiate actions together with Area and Store Manager in order to ensure it.
Act as a “neutral” escalation point for employee complaints and support store management together with Area Manager to prevent and resolve those. Monitor and initiate actions concerning staff rotation and sickness.
Support and promote our values and employer branding initiatives.

Possess a good knowledge of the policies and procedures within Sweden?
Have the proven ability to communicate with people at all levels?
