PostNord Insight is a part of Strategy & Commercial Excellence that is responsible both for driving the work of the Group's overall strategy, driving business transformation and to initiate, lead and manage the work towards Commercial Excellence. The work is done in close collaboration with the countries' sales organizations and our Nordic business areas. Strategy & Commercial Excellence also manages market leading Nordic accounts.

We take an active role in driving PostNord’s strategic agenda and are responsible for driving structural business transformation, strategic programs and implementing new business concepts in the market including go to market strategies.
You have what it takes
In this role, you’ll work on customer projects and help identifying business challenges, perform analytical work, participate in meetings, and present recommendations to senior customer executives. You will take an active role in all aspects of an engagement-identifying issues, including forming hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews and analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change.
You are confident within supply chain, e-commerce and/or digital communication.
New consultants joining PostNord Insight are initially working as business analysts and consultants as well as owning work streams in business transformation programs - based on your level of experience.
You are persistent, result oriented and comfortable finding your way in a matrix organization. You have an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships in order to secure cross functional efficiency and collaboration.
You have probably worked as management consultant or in an equivalent role.
