To further enrich our product quality, identity and usability we are broaden our Industrial Design Team with UX competence, taking active part in product development, from research and early concepts to implementation and production. As a beginning of this journey we are now looking for three experienced UX Designers to join the team.

 

 

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Your background for the job as UX Designer is a degree in HCI, interaction design, or equivalent, at least three years experience of active work as UX designer with consumer and/or professional products.
  • As an experienced UX Designer you are used to work flexible and responsively in different types of project groups as well as in independent projects, both as lead UX designer and creative doer.
  • With a wide interdisciplinary competence within product design your core competences lie in digital design, user research, interaction, innovation and product identity.
  • You have a strong aesthetic understanding and the ability to communicate values through design solutions.
  • You easily get an overview of complex problems, quickly work out solution alternatives and find inspiration in challenges that calls for creative problem solving.
  • Working methodically, you are always careful to assure planning, efficiency and quality, you have high standards and deliver in time.
  • You have a good insight in different types of research methods and are used to work with strong user and customer focus.
  • You are skilled in prototyping from simple to advanced levels.
  • With extensive experience in your professional tools you work intuitively and can efficiently keep a high ambition level and quality.
  • You are creative, open-minded and focused on customer and user satisfaction, have a passion for innovation and quality, with a strong eye for detail, and excellent communication and execution abilities.

 

 

Job Functions:

 

  • As UX Designer you will have a central role in our team.

 

  • You will be driving UX Design projects from ideas to release, in cross-competence project teams, representing the user interests including product identity and interaction. Including but not limited to:

 

  • User testing on products and product modules

 

  • Creation and implementation of surveys for direct customer feedback
  • Creation of storyboards and personas

 

  • Business intelligence studies

 

  • Sketching ideas and designs

 

  • Creation of wireframes to guide developers

 

  • Prototyping products for user testing

 

  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders

 

  • You will take active part in the continuous development of the UX & Industrial Design team including platform work, strategies, networking, and way of working.

 

 

Key qualifications:

 

  • Education: Degree in HCI, interaction design, or equivalent.

 

  • Min years of experience: three years of active work as UX designer.

 

  • A sharp professional toolbox and well-oiled, methodical way of working.

 

  • A strong and versatile sense of aesthetics, form and human factors.

 

  • A passion for, and experience of user/customer research.

 

  • Creative leadership qualities and good organizational skills.

 

  • A team player with professionalism, enthusiasm, confidence and self-motivation.

 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as good verbal and written presentation skills in English and Swedish.
