Are you a skilled Front-End Project Manager with experience of working with suppliers and 3rd party solutions? Come join us!

Advanced Analytics is one of the three key focus areas for the entire H&M group. We offer you a position where you will contribute within a new established support function. To this team we are now looking for a Project Manager within Front-end that can manage and further develop the Advanced Analytics platform. As a Project Manager at H&M you will be a part of a fast-paced, buzzing environment where we all share a great ambition and an anything-is-possible attitude.

The team will work effectively across both H&M business and IT groups and will ensure that the platform and front-ends continue to be a solution that supports the evolving use cases from initial proof-of-concept to full production phase. All needs will be delivered in a quick and agile way across diverse teams, to support the try-fail-fast approach. The platform and front-ends itself need to evolve over time to support new use cases and adapt to the emergence of innovative technologies. The team will explore Advanced Analytics Proof-of-Concepts as well as run operationalized algorithms.

Advanced Analytics provide an important support for our business operations and enable fact based decision-making along the retail value-chain. The algorithms we have started to use will contribute to improvements within everything from assortment planning and logistics to sales.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Front-End Project Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

- Co-ordinate and manage 3rd party Technology Developer for front-end development and maintenance for multiple front-end apps
- Drive definition, and protect, overall front-end application architecture
- Maintain solid technical background, with hands-on experience in front-end software development
- Leverage Agile methodology to deliver front-end projects
- Coordinate use-case input for front-end app development specifications (epics / features) and team requirements for platform support
- Ensure creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation

To be a successful Front-end Project Manager we believe that you:

- Have previous senior project management experience, especially in an outsourced design and development resources set-up
- Have 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Have at least 4+ years of proven track record in (front-end) software development project management
- Are very familiar with agile development methodologies
- Experience from Software Architecture

Experience working with AA tools and technologies is meriting as well as experience of working for a large systems integrator.
