• Follow and implement H&M requirements & routines for food safety and quality.
• Make product description to be included in the request of proposal
• Have contact with the supplier and receive certificates and information for supplier evaluation.
• Perform supplier evaluation based on pre-audit questionnaire food safety.
• Perform risk assessment for buyer branded food products and centrally purchased food to café together with GPCD.
• Compile label info received from supplier. Send for translation, give label specification and check final version.
• Internal labelling check and approval.
• Upload Product Specification, Art Work and certificates.
• Set quality requirements and secure good product quality (taste/texture/etc)* - together with buying team and concept responsible.
• Act on quality recalls & claims follow up.
• Audits & inspection routines.
• Approve, evaluate, reject suppliers food safety.                         

We are looking for you who:

• Have relevant working experience of minimum 5 years within food safety and food legislation.
• Have relevant Food education (academic degree).
• Have good knowledge in food legislation.
• Have experience of conducting supplier evaluations – food safety and quality.
• Have good knowledge of food certifications production and handling of food.  
• Have good knowledge of food labelling.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, bot spoken and in writing.

• Are structured and good at prioritizing.
• Have strong accuracy, attention to details and planning skills.
