Fixed Income Trader to FICC i Stockholm

Swedbank Trading is responsible for quoting prices and manage the market risk associated with all client flows. The Fixed Income Trading group handles all the Interest rate and volatility risk (government, mortgage and derivatives) on a markets making base against our corporate and institutional clients. The team now has a need to recruit an experienced trader with focus on government and mortgage bond trading.

The person we are looking for will:

• Handle price request on from our Institutional and Corporate Sales team
• Participate in projects and activities aiming to improve our existing infrastructure and business model
• Within given risk mandate and budget goal, manage Interest rate risk on a group and individual level
• Proactively work closely with our sales team and customers to enhance the LC&I "client centric culture" approach
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant area, e.g. fixed Income risk management.
• Genuine interest and knowledge about financial markets, economic and political development is highly valued.
• Relevant academic background with quantitative and programming emphasis.
• A strong team player with high social skills and a humble approach that has a strong ability to perform under pressure
