Robur is looking to recruit a group of talented graduates and young professionals that have high ambitions and strong interest in the asset management industry. The ultimate placement will be in one of three departments: Equity Portfolio Management, Fund Sales and Business & Product Development. However, there will be an introductory period of training and rotation in order to broaden industry knowledge and the understanding of Robur.

You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in a professional, demanding but also friendly, environment. You will be expected to participate in various projects from an early stage, and quickly assume responsibilities, with the support of senior colleagues. Some aspects of these positions will put a high demand on initiative, sense of responsibility and a desire to continually develop and contribute to the further betterment of the company as a whole. Our long-term relevance and competitiveness depends on developing our employees’ skills and delivering performance to our clients.

Equity Portfolio Management
Initially supporting senior portfolio managers, executing quantitative and qualitative analytical projects, researching themes, industries, business models and companies as well as performing valuation work. Participating and preparing external and internal company and client meetings and presentations. 

Sales
Responsible for developing the Robur business offering to investors, with a proactive and service minded approach. Includes among other things project management, portfolio analysis, managing CRM-systems and presentation materials/RFPs and representation in marketing venues. 

Business & Product Development
Looking for a product specialist who will take good ideas and turn them into marketable products. Also be responsible for product presentation in various channels, supply creativity and novel concepts for building brands in digital channels and educational material for customers and advisors. Will be responsible for market and client analysis, as well as competitor observation.  

We are looking for candidates who have recently graduated or will be graduating no later than June 2018.

• A strong academic record focusing on technical science, engineering, finance, accounting and/or economics
• Interest and/or knowledge in asset management and business
• Maximum 2-3 years of working experience
• An analytical approach and quantitative skills, combined with a practical understanding, high work capacity and a flexible and commercial attitude
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Swedish is a must
