We are now looking for a Support Specialist to our group Service Assurance systems. Our group is responsible for company fault and performance management systems both in IT and Network organizations

This is the role:

– Analyze business requirements and their impact on the existing solution
– Prioritize and deliver outstanding troubleshooting of changes and incidents.
– Work in a cross-functional team to implement changes and resolve incidents.
– Contribute to improve our way of working towards becoming even more efficient.

This role is meant for you, if You have:

– University degree in either IT or Telecom (students can apply too).
– Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
– A patient, service minded, accurate and responsible personality with a strong personal drive and desire for self-learning.
– Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
– A passion for implementing new ideas in daily work.
– An attitude to do things professionally and on time.
– Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
– Experience with programming languages such as C/C++ and Perl will be considered as an advantage.
– Experience of both Linux and Windows environments is an advantage.
