H&M Business Development is looking for an Acceptance test lead! i Stockholm

• Follow digital development initiatives and early identify need for acceptance test
• Keep a constant eye on production status and identify areas to test during maintenance releases and Go live periods
• Assuring in collaboration with business functions and stakeholders an adequate prioritization and test scope cross business functions like sales, accounting, logistics, customer payments, analysis, sales merch and customer service
• Plan, recruit and coordinate business test resources
• Plan and prepare test in cooperation with IT (test scope, approach)
• Coordinating test preparation
• Support during test execution, perform tests if needed, follow up on results and prioritize defects
• Collect status from IT test leads and report overall test status
• Suggest re-planning and mitigation actions if needed to keep the release time plan

You will have daily contact with business representatives, business project leaders, IT project leaders, IT test leads, suppliers, acceptance testers etc.

You will be part of a group of Acceptance testers and test leads whose focus is securing the quality of our digital development.

• IT knowledge (development process from requirement to implementation)
• Must have experience as tester and test lead
• Must have ability to co-ordinate work and assume a leading role in initiatives or have experience from project management
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of M/E-commerce including merchandising / customer service / customer information / mobile/logistics
• Be fluent in English

The position is full time and located at our Head Office in Stockholm City. You will be working in Marievik,Liljeholmen, during certain periods.

The role also include trips to Borås and abroad from time to time.
