Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Sales and Order Tools is responsible to steer the development and implementation of the commercial sales and order applications. The applications supports the prospecting, sales and order processes
for new and used vehicles as well as for the related services.
 
Currently the team consist of 15 persons within Commercial Operations working with development demands, implementations and business support. We work in close cooperation with the technical teams at Scania IT in creating a state-of-the-art Sales and Order
