IT Business Analyst to IoT i Kista

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our product development team!

You will work together with product owner(s), Technologists and the developers to help us realize our vision of being an orchestrator of a smarter world. As an IT Business Analyst you will be responsible for transforming high level product requirements and business processes into IT & Network System requirements for our IoT enabling and supporting services. You will play a key role in development projects by supporting communication with stakeholders and customers, contribute with expertise, knowledge and use your unique perspective to create system requirements using agile methods. You will also work with testers and the development team to ensure product quality. In this role you will report to the Head of Product Management.

As and IT Business Analyst, you need to be open minded and be willing to learn. In this role you will need to communicate with different parts of the organization, understand business value and be able to communicate that business value to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are capable of contributing to and following project plans and can effectively and independently plan your work to meet the timelines. You are excellent with both written and verbal communication. You are capable of developing technical also have experience in and see benefit in employing agile. Versatility, intellectual curiosity and an eager willingness to deep dive into specifics will enable you to help us to make products loved by customers and systems that will increase operational efficiency. You are passionate about technology and the opportunities of IoT to help build a smarter world.

Key responsibilities:

• Research, collect, consolidate, document and communicate use cases, stories and proposals together with virtual teams.
• Define requirements and epics that consider and identify time, cost, complexity, internal and external dependencies.
• Drive collaboration and communication with the development team, stakeholders and customers.
• Understand and prioritize the customer value and experience
• Generate innovative solutions by approaching problems with curiosity and an open mind, employing existing information as well as your teammates to the fullest potential.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that high-level product requirements are accurately captured and translated into achievable activities.

• Experience with IoT, software defined networks, telematics, telecom, mobile networks and/or real-time analytics platforms
• Modelling techniques and methods
