Test development in Kumla is a part of Product Development Unit Radio and we have a global responsibility for radio production development. Job Description

As an Industrial engineer your focus is to specify production process to use and also prepare work instructions for our early production builds. You participate and lead development of new 3production processes and new equipment. We are part of a global community and we cooperate with other units within Ericsson in an effort to use best practice as well as reuse our solutions as much as possible.

For the specific roles you need to have the following qualifications. 

• We see that you have a university degree in engineering and/or several years of experience as an engineer or similar line of work. Analytic thinking. Understand large systems and hardware platforms.
• AutoCAD, Design of mechanics and automation, 3D-CAD competence. 
• You should be comfortable with reading and speaking both conversational and technical English and Swedish. Understanding and accepting cultural differences important since you will be working with engineers from different parts of the world.
