Would you like to kick start your professional career with a talent programme including theory, practice and mentorship? Would you like to do this together with Scania partnering with Sigma, and get a chance to work with cutting edge technology? Then this is something for you!
 
About I-Talent Programme
This is a unique opportunity to join one of Sweden’s largest companies and get all the training and support you need to quickly become a skilled IT professional. IT at Scania is partnering with us at Sigma for a six months programme that will be the fast lane to becoming an IT Professional.
 
During the program you will be working at Scania practicing your skills and learning more about the company, their products and business. Together with your fellow IT talents you will receive technical training and learn more about yourself in communication and collaboration training, all by dedicated teachers. To your support you will also have senior mentors from both Scania and Sigma.
 
For the programme we are looking for IT talents who see their future within one of the following areas of expertise: 

• Java development
• .Net development
• Front end development and UX
• Testing and test automation
• Requirement analysis
• ERP systems
• Business intelligence
• Big data
• Process management
• DevOps
• IT operations

If you are passionate for one or more of the areas above, we are interested in getting to know you! 
 
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for IT graduates who have the potential and desire to become T-shaped IT Professionals at Scania. This means having the ability and the drive to acquire knowledge both in an overall perspective and in certain areas in depth. Applicants should hold a relevant Bachelor or a Master degree.
 
Furthermore, we are looking for committed and motivated individuals who seek continuous improvement. You need to be innovative, a very good team player and see your future in IT.
 
All positions are located at Scania in Södertälje and the programme will start at two separate dates, one in the beginning of February and one in March 2018. Written and spoken English is required, skills in Swedish is a merit.
