H&M group launches a new brand during 2018 – are you up for the challenge? Join us at Afound!

Afound will be an off-price marketplace offering a carefully selected, broad and diverse assortment of price reduced products from well-known quality fashion and lifestyle brands for women and men, from external brands as well as from the H&M group. With focus on styling and inspiring presentation, as well as attractive offerings from brands in different price segments, Afound will offer a new engaging shopping experience.

Overall role:

As part of a new team developing a new retail concept – Afound, you will be a key player in your role as Sales Advisor. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the sales team where your results will have a great impact and you can really make a difference!
We are now looking for Sales Advisor to our store in Malmö.

Main responsibilities:
  • You provide high level of attentive, friendly & engaging service in all areas of the store
  • You work together in a team and actively support your colleagues
  • You actively work with the garments, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times
  • You have an interest & knowledge of fashionable style
  • You receive and process our deliveries
  • You process our customer transactions
  • You follow our store routines, policies and guidelines to assist in loss prevention and safety in the store
As a person you:
  • Sales driven, social and ambitious team player
  • Have a high drive and passion for fashion
  • Have an interest in styling and the visual presentation
  • Are goal driven and ready for a new project within New Business.
  • Have drive to do business and by contributing to make the impossible possible.
  • Love and live the H&M values every day.
To be successful in this role you:
  • Have experience within retail
  • Have fashion awareness and commercial presentation experience
  • You are straightforward and open in your communication
  • A great drive and a result-driven attitude
  • Are fluently in Swedish and English
