Payment Specialist i Stockholm

The Payment Department is responsible for all incoming payments for store and e-commerce and aim to be the centre of knowledge for all payment related initiatives for the H&M Group on a global scale.

The Payment Department is based in Stockholm and Borås.

As a Payment Specialist, you will work in a team with other Payment Specialists with development and optimizing payment options for the H&M group.

The position requires a good understanding of the full payment landscape with preferably deeper knowledge in consumer financing.

You will be an important member of a fast-growing team that develops and manages H&M’s consumer financing offering with a strong focus on being able to deliver the most convenient and consumer friendly digital solution in the market.

We focus on the customer experience and aim to fulfil the customer’s needs and expectations.Operating at the centre of events, you will have an active role in various decision forums, represent us to external partners and create a great foundation for further development.

H&M is an international company with subsidiaries all around the world which means that the position includes some traveling.

• Being part of the end-to-end experience for our customers consumer financing journey
• Manage relationships with suppliers within the consumer financing area globally
• Work together with the Sales Organization when deciding on payment methods, including evaluating new and existing payment methods from all aspects such as sales impact, customer experience, fees, administration, reconciliation, IT infrastructure
• Monitor existing payment processes and perform analysis
• Balance sales possibilities against risk
• Lead procurement for new and existing payment options within the consumer financing area
• Follow up and monitor relevant KPI´s
• Internally support stakeholders with expertise within the consumer financing area and stay updated in market development such as payment innovation and regulations
• Participate in consumer financing related projects

Your personal qualities also include:

• Academic degree
• Payment related experience from e.g. a retailer, fintech or consumer financing
• Strong analytical skills
• A high performer who can drive forward the growth of consumer financing
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience from other retail or e-com company beneficial
