Position Summary

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide a high degree of administrative support to Head of Marketing & Communications and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions in BA Technology & Emerging Business. She/he will act as an expert for the administrative IT systems whenever needed and will be responsible for travel bookings, expense books, authorizing orders, invoices and other actions, such as HR ITM requests in line with authorization policies and routines. She/he will also contribute to and coordinate different projects as instructed by her/his manager. The tasks performed can also be on an ad-hoc basis.

 

Responsibilities

  • Full organization, diary & task management for Head of Marketing & Communications and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions to ensure maximum their productivity.
  • Ability to liaise directly with external contacts.
  • Support with use of all Ericsson administrative tools & processes.
  • Efficiently organize all travel arrangements and expense books.
  • Manage and coordinate different projects as requested by her/his managers, also on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Drive improvement and implementation of administrative routines, systems and ways of working to maximize efficiency.
