Within Client Coverage, the Corporate Solutions unit provides product neutral advice to corporates, based on the full banking services. Capital structure considerations, including debt advisory and debt capacity, and strategic risk management are important areas. To further strengthen our advisory, we are now seeking a risk advisory specialist.

As Vice President Risk Advisory in Corporate Solutions, you will be responsible for idea generation of strategic advisory on risk management and hedging solutions for large corporate clients. You will also be responsible for developing models and methodologies supporting the identification, measurement and management for financial risks.

You will work on specific client cases to provide risk management and hedging advice. Besides your colleagues in Corporate Solutions, you will be working closely with Corporate Sales in FICC and Client Executives.

The main task of the Vice President Risk Advisory is to support Global Corporate sales with strategic risk management solutions to large corporate clients by providing advice and tailor-made solutions to the financial challenges of our clients. This requires understanding of corporates balance sheet, income statement and cash flow risk, strong knowledge of regulatory framework and the practical implications, the financial markets and derivatives markets in FX, and interest rates.

To be successful in this role, you need to have prior experience and track record from developing strategic risk advice, models and methodologies. You have strong analytical skills, knowledge and understanding of derivatives products and good presentation skills.

Other relevant qualifications:

• Minimum 5-8 years prior experience from risk advisory/corporate solutions, including understanding and modelling of balance sheet and cash flow risk (in particular FX) and developing strategic risk advice
• Experience from financial policies, risk benchmarking and hedge accounting
• Derivatives sales and quant research experience
• Expertise in driving development of new risk models
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, Economics and/or Mathematical Economics
• Fluent in Swedish and English

You will be part of a Corporate Solutions team composed of advisors within capital structure advisory and strategic risk advisory. The team is based in Stockholm, organized in Client Coverage and works closely with the different product areas in Capital Markets, FICC and GTS.
This position is an opportunity to join a team dedicated to provide strategic advice to large corporates. You will be able to develop the offering within corporate solutions and there will be potential to subsequently contribute in growing the team.
