Then you have an opportunity to come and take on the leadership of agile transformation in Swedbank!
Here you will lead a team of highly engaged Agile Coaches and engage hurdles that need to be removed to enable a successful agile change.
Your responsibility will be driving the agile change journey at Swedbank and introducing a new way of working. You will engage with high level stakeholders in the whole organization in order to bring the journey towards its goal. Presenting, convincing, listening and advocating. You will need to be brave to challenge structures, processes and cultures that need to change in order for us to be successful.
In the role as Manager for Agile Centre of Excellence you need the ability to see the whole and have a “systems-thinking” mindset. Together with the Agile Coaches you will need to be able to spot bottlenecks and see patterns in the organization to be able to put your focus on the right spot. You will also need to have a structured approach and a big amount of energy and drive to be able to “energize” the change process and keeping it moving forward, relentlessly.
