Recruitment Coordinator i Stockholm

We are now looking for an outstanding Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Stockholm. In this position you will assist in all things covering our recruitment processes and also contribute to our internal projects within Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and other Recruitment Coordinators. As a coordinator, you will play an important part in creating an excellent candidate experience and ensure that the best talent will join the band!

• Schedule and coordinate interviews in a global environment and perform administrative tasks related to the recruitment processes
• Delivering great service to managers involved in recruitment and manage ad hoc situations related to recruitment activities
• Continuously suggest improvements areas in our candidate experience
• Advice recruiters and hiring managers in how we coordinate candidates in the best way
• Manage projects within Talent Acquisition to develop and improve our processes and global initiatives
• Work from our office in Stockholm

• You have some experience working with HR- and/or recruitment administration
• Preferably, you have a Bachelor Degree or an equivalent education
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
• You are passionate about improving existing processes
• You are a fast learner who’s flexible and used to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances in a dynamic environment
• You are highly organized and have an eye for details. You also possess a strong sense of urgency and understands that a good structure is essential
• Finally, you are a great teammate that loves to have fun at work and contributes with your positive attitude!
