RF-ASIC project manager position summary
 

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time, and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams, and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
 

Radio Hardware Design is providing the Radio HW solutions for current and future needs of mobile network operators, enabling the networked society where everything that benefits from being connected will be connected. RF-ASIC design is part of the Radio HW organization.
 

As a project manager in the RF-ASIC Design Unit, you will work together with the top Engineers in the industry with state-of-the-art Technology in our journey towards 5G and beyond. You will work in a Global environment where we cooperate with Ericsson's organizations and suppliers all over the world.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to lead RF ASIC project. The scope for the projects is from research, through prestudy, design implementation, lab validation, to assisting the suppler with production test development and reliability qualification. volume ramp up also requires attention from us. Many projects are only run within a part of this scope. The overall goal is to drive technology and product leadership
  • Participate, and actively contribute to flow optimization
  • Innovation and improvements
  • Knowledge sharing and learning

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: B. Sc. EE or PE higher or equivalent knowledge acquired by experience
  • Min years of experience: 5
  • Domain experience: IC development (not necessarily design) or related area and project management
  • Customer Insight
  • Business Understanding
  • You will need excellent Project and Program Management Skills
  • Coaching & Mentoring Skills
  • Negotiation Skill
  • Formulating strategies and concepts
  • Flexibility.
    • The project sizes range from 2-3 people to extremes of 15-20people, not always in the same site or even country.
    • Varying workload over time.
