Network Solution Architect i Stockholm

We are looking for a service oriented Solution Architect to join our quest to transform state of the art technology to business value.

As a Solution Architect, you will work with a global design, finding solutions to technical challenges and create services together with our suppliers. You will be an important part of a team of infrastructure architects, and areas such as Routing, Switching, Wireless, Datacenters, Network security (firewalls and IPS), Reverse Proxy, Internet, WAN, WAN optimization and LAN are all in scope for the network architecture.

You will be a part of the Hosting section within our Infra Services department. Hosting is responsible for our network and computer services globally and comprises three service areas called Network, Hosting and Store Communications. As a Solution Architect specialized in Network, you will be responsible for the architecture within the Network service area and drive the development forward.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Solution Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Participate in design solutions for new functions and services with our suppliers and vendors
• Review and approve design solutions created by suppliers
• Set the architectural roadmap for the service area through management and control
• Control that architectural roadmap aligns with service portfolio & demands and that architectural policies and guidelines are followed
• Consider IT architectural policies and standards and Enterprise Architecture
• Documentation of service design package and service description
• Documentation of guidelines, processes and routines for appointed responsibility area
• Participate in H&M architecture board and multilateral architecture boards

Your skills

And your skills include:

• Documented deep technical and architectural knowledge within network & network security
• Several years of experience of global IT-environments
• Experience and knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
• Experience and understanding of Data Privacy implications on architecture
• Experience of high and low level design work and skilled in writing various documentation
• Ability to understand business needs and design new services or infrastructure functionality accordingly
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Skills that we consider as a merit:

• Experience from project requirement work is a merit
• Experience of network delivery and operations from either telecoms or information technology companies
• Communication skills in Swedish
