Our different delivery areas within IT Sales maintain and develop IT solutions that creates an exciting shopping adventure for our customers globally, in all our stores and online. We currently have many initiatives ongoing where you play a key role in ensuring cost-efficient IT services and value for money in our deliveries.

As a Business Controller you will be part of the delivery area management team and responsible for the Controlling function within the delivery area. You are co-responsible, supporting the area responsibles, in managing operative, tactic and strategic work.

We are looking for a person who have ability to have a helicopter view as well as understand the details when needed. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Since you will be in contact with many different stakeholders you have strong communication- and relationship building skills.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Business Controller at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Lead and develop the Controlling functions at IT- delivery

• Ensure cost-efficient IT-services and value for money in our delivery’s and to contribute towards H&M’s profitability and successful business

• Develop the delivery area together with the management team and area responsible

• Responsible for financial planning and follow-up and for the continuous improvement of the corresponding processes and tools

• Responsible for communication on financial matters

• Driving central controlling initiatives together with other business controllers

• Develop and work together with sourcing to evaluate spend, sourcing impact and vendor management

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.

And your skills include:

• Several years’ experience in leadership roles such as Business Controller, Project Manager, System Responsible, IT Service Responsible etc

• Strong leadership skills

• Good understanding of both IT and Business processes

• Good communications skills in both Swedish and English (Both spoken and written)

• High knowledge in Excel

Besides this we expect that you have a genuine interest in making our IT deliveries more cost-efficient, delivering more value for the money.

The position is 100 % and located in Stockholm/Marievik.
