Internship at Swedbank Structured Finance i Stockholm

Structured Finance is responsible for all parts of the process included in selling, evaluating, structuring, presenting and executing acquisition financing for Private Equity clients. We are looking for candidates who want to join an Internship for 6 months starting in August 2018. 

As an intern, you will be part of different project teams always including a Structured Finance project manager as well as other internal and external specialists. You will be involved in analysis and negotiations of present and prospective financing transactions. The daily work further includes financial risk analysis with emphasis on market and corporate analysis, structuring and presentation of the analysis in writing as well as orally to decision makers. You will get a chance to analyze how different business models in various industries will deliver cash flow over time. You will be supported by extensive information available in the transactions as well as excel-based models and experienced colleagues.

We are looking for candidates who are in their final year of their Bachelor/Master's.

Applicants are expected to have:

• Strong academic record specializing in finance, accounting and/or economics with knowledge of excel
• Interest and knowledge in capital markets and business
• Analytical, social and cooperative skills
• Excellent English and Swedish skills
• The ability to cope with a high work load in projects with tight deadlines
