Experienced Product Cost Controller to Business Control i Sodertalje

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced controller to join our team in Södertälje. We offer a position in an exciting and dynamic environment with the opportunity make an existing broad network even broader.
Product cost, in combination with other product properties, is an important part in developing new products. We have defined a target costing process to set relevant cost targets in early phase of the development.

The mission involves

• Product calculations in different stages in the projects. Example target setting, status reporting and follow-up.
• Initiate cost-optimizing measures, and running workshops and benchmark exercises.
• Reporting and presenting results to management and other stakeholders

The role involves cross-functional cooperation within Scania and you will also be involved in several VW Truck & Bus cooperation projects.

Your profile
We are looking for a positive person with excellent analytical and social skills. You have a holistic picture of the business but are not afraid to dig into details. You are comfortable  navigating between technical and financial topics.

As an individual you are independent and driven, an excellent communicator and a team-player. You naturally focus on continuous improvements and fight for achieving successful results.

You have a master degree in Business and Administration with profound interest in technical matters or a master degree in Industrial Engineering with profound interest in finance.

Earlier knowledge of leadership as an manager or in other leading positions is meriting as well as knowledge of the automotive business. This combined with your high degree of social competence enable that this job will be a success for you!
You are fluent in English and Swedish.
