Your responsibilities:
• Actively drive strategic improvements for the Centre together with the Management Team.
• Ensure and follow up our recruitment process connected to the H&M Global Employee Strategy.
• Ensure and follow up quality of our training process for new and existing employees.
• Ensure that all employees have the possibility to grow and develop according to the business need.
• Ensure that we share a value driven way of working and have quality Leadership in the Centre.
• Ensure and follow up on our work environmental processes for all employees.
• Support and promote our values and employer branding initiatives.
• Provide consultative and proactive management support.
• Cooperate with the Global HR Responsible Team.
• Ensure and follow up on HR KPI’s.

• Experienced in leading a team of leaders.
• Experienced in working with HR practices.
• Have a degree within Human Resource or comparable experience.
• Driven and open to change.

• Well-organised and able to cope with a high workload.
• Analytical, reflective and have a strategic mind-set.
• A positive individual with a coaching attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.
• In possession of good leadership skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and good level in English, both written and verbal communication.
