Afound will be an off-price marketplace offering a carefully selected, broad and diverse assortment of price reduced products from well-known quality fashion and lifestyle brands for women and men, from external brands as well as from the H&M group.

The Partner Onboarding Team ensures a quick and easy onboarding of new partners to our marketplace. In addition, the Partner Onboarding Team drives and supports several topics in the field of B2B related projects for the marketplace. The Partner Onboarding Team guides brands and retailers from the point of signing a contract until the products are live online.

As a Partner Onboarding Specialist, you will do the necessary work at Afound as well as guiding the seller in doing their part. You will demonstrate how our systems work and train the seller making it possible for them to sell their products. You will work closely together with a Project Manager and report to the Manager for the Partner Onboarding Team. 


To succeed in this role, you are interested in the combination of fashion and digital technology. You are interested in how it all works under the hoods and like to educate others and present solutions. You are service oriented, customer oriented and love solving problems - your academic background is probably within Engineering and/or Business Management. If you have knowledge about integration technologies and speak foreign languages it’s an advantage but not necessary to succeed in the role.

In this role, your responsibilities will among others be to:
  • Making sure that the seller come on-board the Afound marketplace in the best way possible
  • Advice the seller on how to integrate with Afound
  • Analyse and give recommendations regarding information, possible solutions and way of working on a marketplace
  • Creating and maintaining on-boarding documentation
  • Give the seller ongoing support and answer technical as well as business- and process oriented matters
  • Assist the seller in test of technical integrations
  • Train the seller representatives
  • Approve the seller before adding their products on the marketplace
  • Act as second line support to seller support team
