What you’ll do
As Customer Experience Manager, you goal is to ensure that Care by Volvo offers a coherent, innovative and friendly end-to-end customer journey across platforms, channels and geographies. This means that you’ll:

 

  • Continuously ensure that our customer journey is well illustrated, mapped and understood throughout the organization
  • Pro-actively work with the owners of various steps throughout the customer journey do drive conversion, customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Serve as “Voice of Customer” in discussions regarding business and customer journey
  • Coordinate initiatives aimed at unifying the end-to-end customers online and offline journey. Your goal here is to deliver friendly, seamless and intuitive customer interfaces to ensure consistent communication, look and feel across channels

 

 

In this position, you have a great opportunity to leverage, influence and collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, developer and product marketers in teams as digital commerce, marketing and retail all over the world. In addition, you work closely with other parts of the Volvo Cars organization such as Market Intelligence teams who gather customer insights as well as operations who meet our customers on a daily basis.The job is located in Stockholm or HQ in Gothenburg.

 

 

Do you fit the profile?

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

 

  • BSc in Information Technology, Communications, Digital channels, User Experienced or equivalent. MSc is preferred
  • At least 3 years of work life experience including managing large numbers of interfaces, User Experience and Customer Journeys
  • Knowledge and experience from Consumer facing online and offline experiences, working with a large number of interfaces from a marketing and communications perspective
  • Ability and interest in dealing with large sets of data to make conclusions. Probably from Analytics, Customer insight, Marketing insight and Customer research
  • Experience from complex and global industries, where the customer is put at the centre of everything. Experience from automotive or leasing is a plus, but not a must
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing

Your ability to be analytical in order to draw the best conclusions for our customer is a big help here. We believe that you dare to be bold in a thought through way with integrity and curiosity as guidelines. You have a creative, innovative and flexible mindset. As a person, you have focus on customers, which gives you the opportunity to build strong relationships and the opportunity to create great customer experiences. Since Care by Volvo is in a development phase, you have a big amount of curiosity combined with a strong interest in new technology and business models.
