H&M HOME looking for Assistant Buyer i Stockholm

We are looking for a deputy assistant buyer who wants to take on a new challenge within H&M HOME.                                    

The position is a substitute for a maternity leave, 6 months, with possibility of prolongation.

H&M HOME is a brand within the New Business Group at H&M based in Stockholm. New Business Group currently consists of eight separate brands: COS, &Other Stories, H&M HOME, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday Arket and Afound. Each brand sets their own vision, goals and strategies to ensure growth and profitability through colleagues, best customer experience, offering, efficiency and expansion. H&M HOME was started in 2009 and is currently present on 46 markets through 332 shop-in-shops and on 38 markets online at hm.com. In 2018 we plan to open our first own H&M HOME Concept stores in Mayor European cities. We are looking for you who:

• Today work as an assistant buyer, and/or have a proven buying education.
• Has experience within fashion or interior retail.
• Have a strong salesmanship and great commercial thinking.
• Are creative, curious and have a big interest for fashion and interior.
• See possibilities, improvements and simple solutions.
• Analytic thinking, a sense for numbers and an ability to take a wider view to plan, organize and prioritize.
• Is a team player with strong communication skills.
• Think sustainability is important to us and our customers.
• Have great English skills.
