Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer i Stockholm

CFO Office continuously works to improve operational & cost efficiency and reduce operational risk.  We are aiming to implement new trending technologies and one of the chosen methods is to automate processes through Robotics Process Automation (RPA). Our new RPA Team will consist of two developers, two process analysts/controllers and a team manager.

The whole team will be trained together in Vilnius in Swedbank’s adopted RPA analysis and development methodology and Blue Prism.

As an RPA developer your main responsibility is to develop robotic solutions in the Blue Prism solution. You will work in an agile way in the team, learning together and sharing knowledge and expertise. You are going to work closely with the Process Analysts and stakeholders to develop solutions and tests prior to deployment of the "robots" into production. When Robotic scripts have been put into production you are also responsible for post deployment and ad-hoc maintenance support.

We foresee that you will need to be able to work on-site in Stockholm, Tallinn or Riga when required.

You:

• are interested in new technologies and in learning RPA development (Blue Prism programming)
• have a strong interest to understand how the bank’s infrastructure works
• are highly motivated to address new challenges
• are solution-orientated and structured and efficient in your work
• have an academic degree in engineering, business administration or any other relevant discipline
• have good communication skills
• are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• as an advantage you might have working experience in the finance/risk area related processes.
