Take the opportunity to be part of our Warehouse Online/EWM team, and thereby be one of the key players to get the new EWM platform running around the world. You will be a part of a growing team that today consists of around 15 persons including business experts with a mix of H&M employees and consultants.

As Solution Architect, you are responsible for the EWM solution and how the solution is integrated within the H&M environment as well as how the solution interacts with other surrounding systems. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders from IT and Business, and our external partners and vendors. You can understand operational details and system landscape. You are responsible for following strategies and architectural guidelines as well as current state. You will have a leading role in working with external suppliers when it comes to securing the solution and ensure it is compliant with requirements and business needs.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are communicative, have an analytical mind and dedicated focus on overcoming problems. You are straightforward and open minded, flexible, yet structured. You like to work in a high working pace, are non-prestigious and a good ability to work individually. You have a holistic mindset and being able to identify cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities

The job of a Solution Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

• Establish and participate in the development of the architectural solution for collaboration area EWM in all types of initiatives according to the priority and allocation plan
• Document architecture solution and decision and continuously revise this
• Understand business needs and ensure that all involved parties understand the decided architectural solution
• Securing the solutions in projects as well as maintenance situations and contribute to a common architecture within the area
• Report architectural deviations and have a plan how/when to move in the right direction to Functional responsible
• Evaluate solutions from an IT architectural perspective (RFI, RFP) and participate in supplier IT presentations

Your skills

And your skills include:

• +3 years architectural experiences as solution architect or similar role
• Experience from working with services and vendors
• Experience of integrations, especially web services
• Experience from working within a global organization
• Good understanding of xml
• Good knowledge, both written and oral, in English and Swedish

Qualifying

• Experience either from SAP EWM or other WMS
• Experience of WCS
• Experience of warehouse automation
• Relevant business experiences within warehouse management and online business
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, Retail, Business Warehouse, Enterprise Portals
• Experience in ALM, Jira, Service Manager
• Business process experience in SAP MM and SD
