MTGFinancial Manager i Stockholm

As the Financial Manager for the Parent company and few other Group holding companies, you will be responsible for:

• Manage accounting and business administration with the help of an in-house shared service center
• Financial reporting for actual, budget and forecast according to the Group’s reporting instructions and timeline
• Prepare external financial reporting for the Parent company to be included in the Group’s interim and annual reports
• Manage the accounting for share-based incentive programs
• Manage the accounting for financial instruments in cooperation with the treasury department
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Prepare various statutory reporting
• Manage share-holdings including impairment tests
• Be responsible for internal control within the Parent company and respond to audits

Swedish holding activities:

• Manage the legal and capital structure for Sweden and Group in close cooperation with other functions
• Perform various projects in relation to corporate transactions
• Project work and other activities

You will also lead various projects to support the Group Financial Controller.

• 6-10 years practical experience from a relevant position within finance; accounting, financial reporting and qualified audit work, in a notable company
• Strong accounting competence and skills in IFRS
• Knowledge of treasury procedures
• You are open and sociable, flexible, and enjoy working at a high pace in a dynamic organization
• You are quality minded and motivated to deliver on time with precision
• Proven leadership skills is a merit
• Extensive experience from working with finance systems and Excel. Experience from Cognos Controller is a merit.
• Strong English and Swedish skills, both spoken and written
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar
