H&M group launches a new brand during 2018 – are you up for the challenge? Join us at Afound in our upcoming store in Kristianstad!

Afound will be an off-price marketplace offering a carefully selected, broad and diverse assortment of price reduced products from well-known quality fashion and lifestyle brands for women and men, from external brands as well as from the H&M group. With focus on styling and inspiring presentation, as well as attractive offerings from brands in different price segments, Afound will offer a new engaging shopping experience. Afound’s market place will be launched online and with physical stores opening in Sweden, during 2018. 

Overall role:

As part of a new team developing a new retail concept you will be a key player in your role as Visual Merchandiser Responsible. You will work in close collaboration with support functions. Your results will have a great impact and you can really make a difference!

We are looking for:


An experienced Visual merchandiser that is passionate about upcoming and current trends. You have great knowledge of commercial presentation and styling. You find that sharing your knowledge, inspire and develop others is something you love to do! You are driven by the sales results of your creative actions. You are ready for a challenge and to find new ways of thinking as a visual merchandising responsible in store for a unique concept for H&M New business.

You will be a part of shaping the visual appearance in your store. You’ll be encouraged to be innovate, creative and use your fashionable great skills to really make a difference and create the best store experience for our customer.

Main responsibilities:
  • Be responsible of commercial presentation & styling in your store.
  • Implement and adapt global visual guidelines to local trends in your store in a fashionable and engaging way!
  • Work daily with visual merchandising training and development for all roles in your store in an inspiring way.
  • Support the Store Manager in optimize sale in a commercial way, based on customer needs and expectations and ensure store sales target.
  • Support in daily operation procedures and maintenance of your store.
  • Follow up Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results and to secure the stores growth and the company growth.
To be successful in this role you:
  • Have a big fashion & trend awareness.
  • A high level of experience in visual presentation & styling.
  • Have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work to achieve goals.
  • Are a team player that is passionate about coaching others in an inspiring way!
  • Have experience of retail management.
  • Communicate in a straightforward & engaging way.
  • Have a great drive and a result-driven attitude.
  • Have a passion to optimize selling and to create a strong brand statement through a great store experience.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English
